Hey Friend!
I can’t believe I’ve had the honor, pleasure and blessing to be pursuing art for 5 years now!
On February 17th my little studio celebrated its 5-Year Anniversary!💫 And on March 15th I celebrate the 2nd Anniversary of my partnership with Charleston Artist Collective. So much Goodness + Growth to be celebrated this spring and I am so grateful for all the places this journey has taken me.
Five years ago, I hit publish on a website and prepared to release my very first collection. I had been painting for a while before that and pursuing other creative outlets like interior design while getting the courage to share it with all of you. And in typical form, I obsessed about building my website and wanting total creative control over it; I wanted it to be an authentic reflection of me, my work and what I was experiencing in my faith and in my life. So, I wrote every line, built every page, chose every image and poured my heart into making it special. And little did I know, that’s when the real work would begin. This calling on my life put me on a path I could have never dreamed or imagined.
It was just the beginning. It still is just the beginning. I pray that every day for many more years, I wake up with the same spirit-filled passion, energy and love for what I do and what I offer to you.
Will you help me celebrate the Goodness + Growth that has come through this past season? And would you also join me in praying the prayer I have chosen for this year? I am asking for Revival; emotional, physical and spiritual revival. Many of you already know but some may not, I was diagnosed with Lyme’s disease in December 2021. It has challenged me tremendously and impacted my life in multiple ways and, once again, God has been faithful to show His mercy and grace on me through it.
I trust that in every season, whether flourishing or struggling, the Lord has both Goodness + Growth for us if we have our hearts positioned to receive it.
And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.
